Monthly Teacher Mentoring
Teacher Mentoring is a supportive monthly mentorship offering for yoga teachers, Yin facilitators, sound healers, breathwork facilitators, and students who are ready to deepen their teaching beyond the training room.
This space is designed for those who want guidance in finding their authentic voice, refining class structure, building confidence, understanding sequencing, working with themes, holding space, and integrating practices such as Yoga, sound healing, breathwork, meditation, and trauma-informed facilitation.
Mentoring sessions may include class planning, sequencing support, feedback on teaching language, nervous system-aware facilitation, Yoga philosophy, Yin philosophy, meridians and elemental theming, sound healing integration, business of yoga guidance, or support in developing your own offerings.
Whether you are newly certified, currently teaching, or feeling called to step more fully into your role as a facilitator, these sessions are a place to ask questions, receive grounded guidance, and develop the confidence to teach in a way that feels honest, embodied, and aligned with who you are.
This mentorship is not about becoming a copy of someone else.
It is about learning to trust your own presence, refine your skills, and bring more depth, clarity, and authenticity into the way you teach and hold space.
Monthly Mentorship Includes
- One private Zoom mentoring session
- One private phone check-in
- Two personalized sequence plans
- Weekly WhatsApp check-ins for questions, reflections, and continued guidance
- Access to the private mentorship WhatsApp community
- One pre-recorded Yin Yoga class each month
- One pre-recorded 45-minute breathwork session each month
- Complimentary access to selected live online classes and offerings
Mentorship Pricing
Introductory mentorship rate
$100 USD / mo
3-month minimum commitment
Standard price
$150 USD / mo
Join before September 1st and lock in the introductory rate of $100 USD per month for your initial 3-month mentorship container. After September 1st, new mentorships will begin at the standard rate of $150 USD per month.
The 3-month mentorship container creates space for steady growth, deeper integration, ongoing feedback, and the opportunity to apply what we work on directly to your teaching and facilitation.
